Your first step might be to locate the PFLAG chapter that is closest to you (www.pflag.org) and attend a meeting. You have a situation here that you are going to need to talk about, work through, and discover for yourself what it is that you feel is right to do. In addition, you could research some of your own state laws to ensure that you feel secure about not losing your son if you do decide to come out to his mother. Very best of luck to you.
