im a lesbian kid and i need help on finding friends and other gay or lesbian people can you help?
Yes. You are not alone. Right now, there are tens of thousands of other yourh, all thinking they're GLBT (Gay Lesbian Bisexual or Transgendered) or wondering if they are, all wondering if they're the only one, all trying to find someone to talk to about it.
PFLAG (Parents and Friends of Lesbian and Gays) is a great organization!! Go online to pflag.org or pflagdc.org and find a local chapter. Chapters have parents, kids and friends that are gay or concerned about gays. If you can't attend a chapter call the number for the chapter to get in touch with someone you can talk to. The website has a list of books that you might find helpful. There is also a helpline (301)439-3524.
